By accessing our websites (including but not limited to innerordinatealchemy.com), or by booking a session, workshop, seminar, or course with The Inner Ordinate Project Ltd. (operating under trading names including Inner Ordinate Alchemy, Inner Ordinate Mind, and The Inner Ordinate Project), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of the Services & Medical Disclaimer Our services—which may encompass Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Hypnotic Coaching, Life Coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), as well as complementary modalities such as Spiritual Healing—are complementary sessions designed to support your personal growth, energetic balance, and emotional well-being. The practitioner/ healer is neither a doctor nor a medical professional, and does not make any promises of healing or diagnoses. Participation is entirely voluntary.
- Not Medical Advice: The services provided, as well as the information on our website, are strictly not a substitute for professional medical advice, psychiatric care, or psychological diagnosis.
- No Guarantees or Cures: We do not attempt to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional disease or condition. Healing and therapy are highly individual, collaborative journeys, and we make no guarantees or promises of specific outcomes or “cures.”
- Scope of Practice: Hypnotherapy, NLP, and spiritual healing are not suitable for individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions, active psychosis, severe dissociative disorders, epilepsy or active suicidal crises. By booking, you confirm you do not currently suffer from these conditions. If appropriate, we reserve the right to decline treatment and refer you to a registered medical professional.
2. Client Responsibilities & Medical Safeguarding By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Duty to Disclose: To ensure your ongoing safety and the efficacy of our sessions, it is your absolute responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information during your initial intake.
- Duty to Update: You agree to promptly notify your practitioner of any changes to your physical or mental health, new medical diagnoses, or changes to prescribed medications at the beginning of any subsequent sessions or throughout the duration of our professional engagement.
- Medical Treatment: If you are experiencing physical or psychological symptoms, you must consult your General Practitioner (GP) or another qualified healthcare professional. You agree that you will not alter or discontinue any GP-prescribed medical treatment without first consulting your doctor.
- Services for Minors: For clients under the age of 16, explicit written consent and form completion by a parent or legal guardian is mandatory before any therapy or healing session can commence.
- Client Conduct & Sobriety: Clients must attend sessions free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. We reserve the right to immediately terminate a session without refund if we reasonably suspect a client is under the influence, or if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe.
- Remote Session Safety: For online sessions, clients must provide their exact physical location and an emergency contact number via the Intake Form prior to the session. In the event of a suspected medical emergency or immediate risk of harm during a session, we reserve the right to contact local emergency services and share your location and details to ensure your safety.
3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
- Fees and Payments: The fees for our sessions, workshops, seminars, and courses are specified on our booking platform or website at the time of purchase. Full payment is required upfront to secure your appointment or spot. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or cleared bank transfer. For manual invoices, full payment must be received and cleared at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, or the booking will be automatically cancelled.
- Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy:
- Completed Sessions: Once a session, workshop, seminar, or course has been delivered, it is strictly non-refundable.
- Advance Cancellations & Rescheduling (More Than 72 Hours’ Notice): All purchases are non-refundable in cash. However, if you provide more than 72 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session, 100% of your payment will be retained as a booking credit valid for 3 months from the original date of purchase. You may reschedule your session one time only within this 3-month window at no additional charge. If you do not reschedule within 3 months or fail to attend the rescheduled appointment, the booking credit is fully forfeited.
- Late Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows (Less Than 72 Hours’ Notice): Due to the dedicated time and preparation reserved exclusively for you, any cancellation, attempt to reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your session (no-show) will result in the immediate forfeiture of your full fee. No cash refunds or booking credits will be issued under these circumstances.
- Transferability of Bookings: All bookings and credits are strictly non-transferable to any other individual and cannot be reassigned or gifted without prior written permission from The Inner Ordinate Project Ltd.
- Failure to Submit Mandatory Intake Forms: Your mandatory Intake & Consent Form must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you fail to submit this form on time, your session will be cancelled, and 100% of your payment will be retained as a 3-month booking credit subject to our standard rescheduling terms. No cash refunds will be issued.
- Subsidised Rates, Regional Pricing, PPP Pricing, Age Tiers & Eligibility Misrepresentation:
- Scope & Eligibility: Any subsidised pricing, Regional Pricing, Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) regional rates, age-restricted tiers, promotional codes, or concessionary offers are strictly reserved for individuals who legitimately meet the declared legal criteria (such as verifiable legal residency in a specific country, accurate age verification, or authorised promotional access).
- Proof of Qualification: We reserve the right to request official proof of eligibility (such as a local utility bill, government-issued ID, or local payment method) prior to or after confirming your appointment.
- Falsification & System Circumvention: Subsidised and discounted bookings are strictly non-transferable. If a booking is made using false information, age misrepresentation, unauthorised promotional codes, a VPN, a non-resident payment account, or any other means of circumvention without prior written authorisation from The Inner Ordinate Project Ltd., we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the appointment immediately without any refund; or
- Cancel the appointment and issue a partial refund subject to a standard £50 administrative fee.
4. Session Confidentiality & Recording Policy
- Strict Prohibition of Recording: To maintain a safe, confidential, and sacred container for deep therapeutic and energy work, clients are strictly prohibited from recording audio, video, or capturing screenshots of any part of the session. The practitioner will also not record the session to ensure absolute privacy. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and the client may be barred from booking future services.
- General Confidentiality: All sessions and the information shared within them are strictly confidential. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or under our professional Duty of Care (such as situations presenting an immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or others).
- Data Protection: The handling, storage, and retention of your personal and medical data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
